Many credit/debit cards have online purchase restrictions. If your card is being declined, please contact your credit card company to let them know the purchase you would like to make is valid. Also, certain credit/debit cards do not allow for recurring subscription billing, and therefore, may be declined.

Currently our system is geared for credit / debit cards from all over the world. We are looking to integrate other payment systems onto our website in the near future inshAllah.

Our fees are one of the cheapest in the market at only £5 per month. We offer a discount of 25% on our yearly subscription which is priced at £45.

For our monthly payment plan, you have the option to cancel at any time. You will continue to have access until your current monthly membership cycle finishes and no further charges will be taken after cancellation.

Al Hidaayah academy accepts payments in 135+ currencies. Our subscription fee will be converted and charged in the currency of the card you pay with.

Yes, our courses are designed to accommodate different schedules. While some courses are self-paced, others may have specific timelines for assignments and assessments. Flexibility is key.

In order to pass any course, you must achieve a pass mark of 75%.

We do not have an option to download the videos.

Yes. You can use your computer, tablet or mobile phone as long as they are connected to the internet.

Our courses pre-recorded and we do not offer live sessions with our instructors. However this is something that we may introduce in the future.

Al Hidaayah Academy offers courses in all all major branches of Islam from Fiqh, Aqeedah, Seerah, tafsir etc This is an amazing opportunity for anybody who wants to seek, pure, authentic Islamic knowledge at their fingertips. Subscribers will have full access to the entire Al Hidaayah Academy platform so they can benefit from all the courses and material.


Currently, our courses do not carry an accreditation. However, we hope to have this in the foreseeable future.

We aim to deliver Islamic courses that are not available in the market . Our research team explores authentic, classical, Arabic content which has not been translated before and then passes it to our translation department. Our design and delivery team then produces high quality videos and other content which is priced at very reasonable amount so it can be benefited by a wide variety of students.

A copy of your certificate will automatically be sent to “my certificates” on your personal page on the completion of the program.

Al Hidaaya is an Islamic online learning platform that offers structured courses, personalized mentorship, and a supportive community, enabling individuals to deepen their understanding of the Quran, Islamic teachings, and spiritual growth.

Videos are often five to 30 minutes long.

There are no deadlines for you to watch the lessons or complete the exams. You can study at your own pace and unlike other academies, we do not have any restrictions on how much you can study in a day or a week.

Currently we are teaching in the English language only but we are striving to add courses in other languages inshAllah so more people can benefit.

Yes, you could revise your lessons and try again.

There are no conditions. If you are a Muslim or a new Muslim who wants to learn about Islam, then this academy is for you.

No, you must complete the courses consecutively. Once you pass a test with a score of 75% or more, you will move on to the next course automatically.

Al Hidaayah Academy follows and teaches the Sunni Islamic creed using the Quran and authentic sunnah.

As long as you are subscribed to a program, you will have access to all new content that is added under your subscription.

Absolutely! Al Hidaaya caters to learners of all levels, including beginners. Our courses are structured to accommodate different levels of understanding, ensuring everyone benefits from the learning experience.

We do not have any Arabic classes at the moment but this is something we’re looking to do in the future.
